Recipes & Remembrances has been a labor of love - love for cooking, good food, and the individuals for whom our scholarships are named. Each of these recipes is kitchen tested. Recipes range from very simple to moderately difficult, but we promise they will produce good tasting results!

The cookbook contains over 200 pages of great recipes, in fact almost 400 of them. There are eight sections including Appetizers & Beverages (43 recipes), Soup & Salads (45), Vegetables & Side Dishes (57), Main Dishes (86), Breads & Rolls (30), Desserts (75), Cookies & Candy (35), and This & That (20).

A Sample Recipe

Potato Leek Soup

Saute leek in butter. Add potatoes and water. Simmer, stirring often to prevent scorching, until potatoes are tender. Run mixture through food processor. Return to kettle. Add milk, sour cream, and salt. Heat to simmer and serve. Tastes better when prepared a day in advance and reheated.
